ヘルスプロモーションについて研究を行いたい大学院生を募集しています。
コミュニティベースのHIV感染症の予防、セクシュアルマイノリティの医療保健サービスへのアクセス改善を主の研究テーマとしています。
健康行動学、ヘルスプロモーションを基盤の学問として研究を進めていきます。
対象の多様性を理解したうえで、コミュニティレベルの疾病予防や健康促進に役立つ研究ができる次世代を育てたいと考えています。

教授　金子典代

The Department of Global and Community Health, Nagoya City University School of Nursing consists of three faculty members, master’s students and doctoral course students. We strive to maintain a multidisciplinary environment and to investigate together about the social aspects of individual’s health.
The department is responsible for teaching "Epidemiology", "Basic Statistics", "Behavioral Science, and "Global Health".
For our research, we employ public health approaches. Prof. Noriyo Kaneko has expertise in sexual health promotion and healthcare for LGBTI and HIV/AIDS prevention. The department members conduct a study meeting (consisting of reviews on member’s research progress, journal club, and others) twice a month.
We aim to study the connections between individual’s health and community, society, and the world, and then to take actions, even if individually they may be small, based on the knowledge gathered.

本領域の歴史

国際保健看護学領域の教員4名（樋口、江、吉野、金子）で教育、研究指導、実習を行っています。
2022年度より博士課程大学院生は教員別に受け入れ、ゼミは指導教員別に実施しています。
看護学研究科の国際化推進にも力を入れてきました。韓国ハルリム大学、イギリスのブライトン大学、モンゴルのエイズ予防NGO、インドネシアの大学とも国際共同研究を行っています。
